Sandy please accept my sympathy. George was such a great man! You are such a special person and devoted wife. He is an angel watching over us! Take care. Ann Morey worked at Florence Home.

Sandy-So sorry to hear of George’s passing. He was always a pleasure to work with, and such a kind, gentle soul.

So sorry to hear about George’s passing. He helped me find my way at WOWT and showed me nothing but kindness. May Jesus be a comfort to you.

I worked alongside George for his last ten years at WOWT. He was a skilled photographer(Hog) and good natured person and a valued member of our team. Myself also being retired AF, He took the time to look at my video and recommended ways I could improve. George didn’t miss work often, worked hard when he arrived, and always gave a little more. A highly skilled photographer, George’s stories were always worth watching. Thousands watch his daily efforts as he helped shine a light on crime, social injustice, as well as showing how Omaha grew. In private he discussed Sandy, photography trips to Colorado, his AF Days and his Apple computers. His retirement didn’t last last long enough. At the care facility, he enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder, movies, and baked goods. I’ll miss George, and will continue to think of him fondly. Thanks George.
