    Hello Sue,
I’m so sorry to hear about Gerry. I worked at Cinema Center in the late 70’s until 1984. It was such a pleasure to work with Gerry. He was always so kind to us especially when we went off to college and returned for holidays & summers to let us work there again! He was a great boss and always so kind to me. I often think of the fondly of the Cinema Center days thanks to Gerry!
I live in Dallas area and was so sad to hear about the reunion as it was happening or I would have been there.
    Hugs to all of you.
Sher Barton – now in Plano Texas

Ian a lifelong movie fan, and a movie reviewer for many years. Gerry was always a fantastic person to work with and he became a cherished friend. I will miss his smiling face always. Love to his family whom he adored.

I met Gerry back in the late 60’s when he was the manager at the Cinema Center at 84th & Center. I also worked for him from 1977-1980 before going overseas in the USAF. I worked with him again from 1988 to 1990 at the Millard 4 after he became city manager. While at 20 Grand in West Omaha he would be at the theatre every Sunday to let the Church folks in. That was there House of Worship on Sundays. He was a good friend and boss. I miss him already even though I have not seen him in over 10 years.

Sue and girls, my sympathy to all. Jerry was such a hard worker, I often wondered if he ever took a day off. Thinking of all of you
