“My second home in town” was always how I described where I was headed when I went to the Kampe’s. Mrs. Kampe always welcomed me with open arms and the best mocha bars on the planet (as well as everything else she made). Hosting sleep overs, putting together wacky cheerleader outfits for the powder puff game, cast parties, tolerating me on weekends at their lake and being host couple at our wedding (when most of the attendees canceled on that blizzard day) are just a fraction of the ways she showed her love to us. A classy lady that always had it together even when the cat got lost at the lake. She will be deeply missed. I am so sorry for the loss that you are feeling. Prayers to everyone.
