Glenn Dewey Robinson, III was born February 14, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Glenn and Rosemary Robinson. He passed away on Friday afternoon May 26, 2023, at the age of 66 years, 3
months, and 12 days. Glenn grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from South High School.
He worked at Brand Hydraulics for a few years. Then he went to work at Unimart Wholesale Buying Club where he discovered his true calling of being a salesman. While there he met his future wife, Linda.His best friend encouraged him to come work with him at Culligan in Omaha. After 27 years another friend purchased the Culligan in Missouri Valley, Iowa and he encouraged Glenn to come work for him until his retirement in 2020.
Glenn will be remembered for his kind heartedness, his funny laugh, his love of Nebraska football, Creighton basketball, and of course, betting on sports. He loved watching John Wayne movies and his taste for Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. His love of bird watching came from his Uncle Leo. He loved to fish even though he never did seem to have much luck catching them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Rosemary Robinson. Survivors includes his wife, Linda of 31 years; stepson, Troy (Tracy) Andrews; grandchildren, Rowdy Andrews, Kelly (Chad) Crosby; sisters, Dawn Miller, Leslie (Vince) Aleck; uncle, Leo Wirthman; sisters-in-law, Paula (Kenny) Herron, Diana Gottsch; brother-in-law, Milt (Tracie) Bramble; many other relatives and friends.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE: Tuesday, June 27th from 5pm to 70m at the West Center Chapel. Memorials will be directed by the family.

I am saddened for the loss of Glenn who I only recently had the opportunity to meet again after 25 years. I have great memories from our days working together at Brand Hydraulics!
