Thackray, Sr. Survived by wife, Dolores Thackray; sons and daughters-in-law: Ernie and Debbie Thackray, Chris Thackray, Matthew and Karina Thackray; grandchildren: Nicole, Ian, Zoe and Gage; great-granddaughter, Lana, all of Omaha; mother, Marilyn Helwig of Ralston, NE; sisters and brothers-in-law: Karen and Larry Lassere of Foley, AL, Marilyn and Bill Antley of Omaha. MEMORIAL SERVICE Friday, 11:00 a.m., Lutheran Church of the Master, 2617 So. 114 Street. Interment, Evergreen Cemetery with military honors by Benson VFW Post 2503. Memorials to Josie Harper Hospice House or American Red Cross. The family will receive friends Thursday, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the West Center Chapel.
