Harold J. Foreman

Harold J. Foreman, age 83, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, in Omaha, Nebraska.

Originally from Platte Center, Nebraska, Harold lived a quiet, simple life filled with kindness and curiosity. He was known for his generous heart and his love of helping others, often going out of his way to lend a hand without asking for anything in return.

A world traveler at heart, Harold found joy in exploring new places and cultures and visiting many parts of the world.  His independent spirit and love of routine shaped much of his daily life — you could count on him to be at his favorite lunch and dinner spots, where he was a familiar and friendly face.

Harold was preceded in death by his father, Charles; mother, Stella; and his sister, Sylvia.

He leaves behind cousins and his honorary family members, Bobbie O’Connell and Nicki Simmons, who warmly invite all who knew Harold to join in a celebration of his life. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Heafey-Hoffmann-Dworak-Cutler Funeral Home (7805 W Center Road, Omaha, NE).  Private inurnment at St. Joseph/St. Patrick cemetery in Platte Center, NE.

Harold’s quiet strength, warm smile, and generous heart will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
