Harvey E. Oxner age 65, of Logan, Iowa passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Westmont Care Center in Logan, Iowa. Harvey was born on May 29, 1951 in Omaha, Nebraska to Edward and Virginia M. (Winterstein) Oxner. Harvey graduated from Byron William Jennings High School in Omaha, Nebraska. He married Ann Bock January 31, 1975 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Harvey drove a cement truck for many years. He enjoyed car shows, Applefest and loved chickens. Harvey is preceded in death by his mother: Virginia, uncles: Harold, Glen and aunt Ruth. Survivors include his wife: Ann Oxner of Logan, Iowa, father: Edward Oxner of Arkansas, children: Samantha Peetz and husband Jason and children Aurora and Bruce of Wisconsin, Angel Winchel and children: Jazmine and Brandon of Wisconsin, Timothy Sr. and wife Jamie and children: Timothy II and Neri of Council Bluffs, Iowa, sister: Pamela Wright of Virginia, brother: Bob Oxner of Arkansas.
