Survived by siblings, Msgr. Stanley Hayek of Dubuque, IA, and Bernard Hayek (Rosann) of Cedar Rapids, IA; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Hayek and Bonnie Hayek; numerous nieces and nephews; and the community of Notre Dame Sisters. HOMECOMING Sunday, Dec. 11th at 4pm, Notre Dame Chapel, 3501 State St., followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Monday, Dec. 12th at 10am, Notre Dame Chapel. MEMORIAL MASS Wednesday, Dec. 14th at 7pm at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Wahoo, NE. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Notre Dame Sisters.
