Gerald E. Jerry Hazel Jul 15, 1938 May 25, 2016 Survived by brother, Fr. Robert Hazel; sister, Susan Wolnik; children: Mark (Tammy), Robert (Dawn), Kristine Zeleny (Bill), Timothy (Julie), and Edward (Rebecca); seventeen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. FUNERAL MASS will be on Sunday, July 10th at 2pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
