HARVEY, Helen J. Jul 10, 1939 – Apr 13, 2014 Helen J. Richard Harvey, age 74, died on Sunday, April 13, 2014 in Omaha. Ms. Harvey was born July 10, 1939 in Lake Charles, LA, where she lived until moving to Houston in 1991, and then Omaha in 2004. She was a member of St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church in Omaha. Ms. Harvey is survived by her daughter, Julie Oeltjen and husband Craig of Omaha; son, Jim Flowers of Houston, TX; sister, Shirley Lavergne and husband Ray of Sulphur, LA; brother, Lynn Richard of Sulphur, LA; and grandchildren: Jonathan Latham, and Erin and Hannah Oeltjen. Her memorial service was held on Friday, April 25, 2014 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Charles, LA. Memorials are suggested to Open Door Mission.
