Jean Hert July 9, 1938 April 23, 2016 Passed away after a short battle with cancer. She was a longtime employee of the Sisters of Mercy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph and Dorothy Lutz; brother, Don Lutz; sister, Jane Long; nephew, Patrick Lutz; niece, Lauren Klostermann. She is survived by her husband, Gary; daughter, Andrea Taggart (John); grandchildren, Stella and Jameson Taggart; brother, Bill Lutz (Bertha); sisters, Kathleen Bostic and Joanne Hanks (Jim); numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 28th, from 5pm to 7pm at St. Gerald Lakeview Chapel, 7859 Lakeview St. in Ralston, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Friday, April 29th at 11am at St. Gerald Lakeview Chapel. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or Catholic Charities.
