Survived by wife, Barbara Bakhit; children: Alphonse Bakhit (girlfriend, Amy Poggendorf), Ibrahim Bakhit II (Katie), Anastasia Bakhit, Jabriel Bakhit and fiancée Meagan Houlihan; grandchildren, Lilly and Jonah Bakhit; mother, Grace Bakhit; brothers, Anthony Bakhit (Barbara) and Noel Bakhit (Marilynn); sisters, Elizabeth Obal (Walter) and Mary Elder; nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, 5pm to 7pm at St. Cecilia Cathedral, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm. MEMORIAL MASS Saturday, 11am, St. Cecilia Cathedral. Memorials are suggested to St. Cecilia Grade School, Omaha Food Bank, or Memorial Little League.
