Irmajean “IJ” Andersen
May 9, 1939 – August 27, 2023
Preceded in death by brother, Lester Leaver; sister-in-law, Maxine Leaver Mitchell. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Krumme (David); sons: James (Jessica), Christopher (Nancy), Michael (Debb), Matthew (Lisa), Theodore (Josephine); 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great- granddaughter.
Visitation: begins Thursday 4 p.m., with a Wake Service at 6 p.m. at the Mortuary. Funeral: Friday 12:30 p.m., New Cassel Retirement Center. Interment Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the New Cassel Foundation.

A friend for nearly 80 years. Grade school at St Peters, high school at Mercy. Paths slowed as we married and raised our children but after much success in that we resumed our friendship. You always asked about Mike and we included him in our get togethers. You have reached your goal after years of trying so hard. Now rest in Peace dear friend. Love you forever with tears in my eyes and heart ❤️
