Survived by daughter Julie (Joe) Eischeid, Ralston; sons, Jay (Kristen) Blair, Omaha, Scott (Linda) Smith, Arlington, TX, Jeff (Beth) Smith, Payson, AZ; grandchildren, Jackie and Kevin Eischeid, Chelsey and Brady Blair, Maddie Smith, Trish, Maddie and Kendall Smith; great granddaughter Abigail Grace; mother Marjorie Blair; brother Marvin (Nancy) Blair, Edina, MN; sister Jan (Rich) Spark, Apopka, FL; nieces and nephews. Memorials are suggested to Methodist Hospice. FUNERAL SERVICE Wednesday 10am at Ralston United Church of Christ, 7630 Maywood St, Pastor Lynette Janssen officiating. Interment Calvary Cemetery. VISITATION Tuesday 4-8pm, with family receiving friends 6-8pm at the West Center Chapel.
