Jake you were such an amazing guy. You were so good at everything you put your mind to. I’m honored to say I knew you and am so glad your wife and kids had you as long as they did (even though it wasn’t long enough) I will forever miss your laugh and I will forever miss you

It’s so very hard to say goodbye to someone you love so very, very much, so I’ll say until we meet again.
I’m so proud of the man you have become and the wonderful life you created for yourself, Allison and kids. I wish you could have been here long enough to grow old with your family and all your friends.
I will never understand why this had to happen to you at such a young age. I miss you so very much and will love you forever and ever.

What words can we say for the world to understand what has been lost in the passing of my son Jacob. A young man with such courage and determination. A man of achievement and passion. To be taken so young with so much to live for. My heart aches for his loving wife Allison and his beautiful children.
Jacob waged a valiant battle against a merciless and devastating disease. I am so proud of him and will remain in awe of him the rest of my days. Rest in peace, my son..

Oh Allie, I have no words, only tears. I can’t say I know the same heartache, but your words about heartbreak ring true with me. I didn’t know how much pain I would feel when I lost my Dad and nephew. I love you so much as a person and I know your babies witnessed the love you and Jake had for each other and I know they felt very loved by him. I wish I could just hug you and your babies and wrap you in love. You are an amazing person.
