For eighty-eight years her blue Irish eyes smiled brightly. Claire was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ann Cecelia Ring-Kenney and Luke Michael Kenney; her siblings: Mary Kathleen Kenney, Patricia Kuehl, Mary Jo Friel, and Edward Kenney. Claire nurtured her family with fervent interest in their individual activities, frequent family gatherings, superb meals, and a spirit of ‘can-do’ pragmatism. She was an avid conversationalist and was always available when a relative or friend needed assistance.
