My thought and prayers to Jim’s family. I worked with Jim at Commercial Federal Savings & Loan for many years in the Secondary Market! Jim was one great guy. My son, Don Rowe, is a friend of Gregg, one of Jim’s Nephews. Prayers for all concerned.

    Frary,
I can’t do much to help with Jim’s memorial, celebrating on his 80th BIRTHDAY. YOUR the reason he lived and I know he will always be in our hearts and memories. If I can help, let me know. Hope to see you at Jim’s BIRTHDAY Party.

Jim was a great man who I have many great road trip memories with over the years when I was part of the Millard Merchant crew. You will be missed
