James E. Chamberlain
March 8, 1935 – September 27, 2020
Jim was born and raised in Rushville, NE and graduated from Creighton University. He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Chamberlain; daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Mike Drelicharz; son and daughter-in-law, James Jr. and Carolyn Chamberlain; grandchildren: Jack, Mary Kate and Luke Drelicharz, James III and Colin Chamberlain; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Don Ruth; brother, Col. Charles Chamberlain; six nieces and one nephew.
VISITATION begins on Wednesday, October 7th at 9am at St. Cecilia Cathedral, 701 N. 40th St., followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 10:30am and MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL at 11:15am. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum. The family requests masks and social distancing. Memorials are suggested to St. Cecilia Cathedral. I am sorry for your loss. I remembered Jim at Mass, and pray that God comfort all who miss him. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, rest in peace.
