Preceded in death by parents, Alfio and Nunziata Scolla; sister, Josephine Fejt; brother, Louis Scolla; sisters, Annie Eaton and Nettie Kreifels. Survived by wife, Rosemary Scolla; daughters: Vicky O’Brien, Nancy Persing and husband Tom; grandchildren: Tom Persing and wife Maggie, Angela Persing, Megan, Maureen and Tim O’Brien; honorary grandchild, Alex Vasquez; great-grandchildren; Javon and Makenzie Watson, Olivia and Carter Persing; sisters: Marietta Bergstrom and husband Frank, Louise Vote and friend Dan; nieces and nephews. VISITATION Thursday, 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the West Center Chapel, and after 6:00 pm at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 48th & Woolworth, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Friday, 10:30am, Holy Cross Catholic Church. Entombment, Calvary Mausoleum with military rites. Memorials are suggested to Hospice House or American Cancer Society.
