James I. “Jim” McFarland

March 29, 1947 – October 26, 2021

Preceded in death by parents, Earl and Mildred McFarland, and an infant son.  Survived by wife, Margo; children: Michael McFarland, Katie Skartvedt (Graig), Eric McFarland ((fiancée Anne); grandchildren: Donovan, Colt and Ryan Skartvedt, Abigail McFarland; brother, Arthur McFarland (Mary); sister, Melba Thone (Larry).

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Tuesday, November 2nd at 10:30am at Stonebridge Church, 15801 Butler Avenue, Omaha, NE.

    I always looked forward to seeing Jim at Church on Sundays. Unfortunately for me have crossed paths because of Satellite Churches. Jim was a pleasure to be around and will be missed.

    Hey family. Very sorry to hear about Jim’s passing. The whole family was amazing to me during my early school years, and Jim was one of my favorite people to see at church when I revisited my hometown of Omaha. Peace & Love. -Troy

    I served with Jim back at fort street, what a blessing and yes he fixed our houses plumbing
    He was / is a blessing to us all
