Preceded in death by wife, Rosemary; parents, Wesley and Alberta Smith; niece, Amanda Holoubek. Survived by daughters: Amy Norwood, Shelby Smith, and Liberty Smith; grandchildren: Sara Christensen, Dalton Hulett, and Wesley Hussey; great-grandson, Anthony Angel; sisters: Susan Abbott, Sallie Crowl, and Sandra Holoubek (Donald); brother, Jeffrey Smith (Terri).
VISITATION: Saturday, May 19th at 10am at Holy Name Catholic Church, 2901 Fontenelle Blvd., followed by FUNERAL MASS at 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
