Jamie McCarville, 47, passed away on March 11, 2025, in Omaha, Nebraska. Born on February 4, 1978, in Lincoln, Nebraska.  Jamie lived a life filled with faith, love, and unwavering commitment to bringing joy to those around him.

Jamie’s presence was a light in the lives of all who knew them. His infectious positivity and boundless generosity left an indelible mark on family, friends, and his community. Always ready with a smile and a laugh, Jamie had a unique ability to uplift others, offering kindness and support without hesitation. His deep faith guided his actions, inspiring countless hours of volunteer work and selfless service to those in need.

A devoted spouse and father, Jamie is survived by his loving wife, Nicky McCarville; their cherished daughters: Avery, Maggie, and Lillie; parents, Kevin and Joanie McCarville. Jamie’s bond with their family was one of profound love and dedication. Also survived by his brother, Matt McCarville and sister-in-law, Natalie McCarville; brother, Andy McCarville and sister-in-law, Jori McCarville; as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews and so many more.

Jamie had a deep passion for sports—whether playing baseball or golf or cheering on his favorite teams as an enthusiastic fan. His love for the game extended beyond personal enjoyment; it was a way to connect with others and share moments of camaraderie and excitement.

Jamie’s legacy of kindness and faith will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him. His memory will remain in the hearts of those he touched for eternity.

Visitation: Sunday, March 16 from 4-6pm at Mary Our Queen Catholic Church (3405 S 118th St., Omaha, NE 68144), followed by a Rosary service from 6-7pm.

Mass of Christian Burial: Monday, March 17th, 11:00 AM at Mary Our Queen Catholic Church.

Interment: Resurrection Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please direct all memorials and gifts to the McCarville Children.

    We loved Jamie and were always touched by his steadfast love of his family and his friends. Although we are in Houston, we will miss him dearly.
