Jane A. Lujano
February 18, 1925- August 18, 2024
Jane was born in Omaha, NE, on Feb 18, 1925. She was the 4th of 5 girls. Jane often talked of how her Dad treated her like she was his boy. She shared many memories of her Mother, even though they lost her at an early age. She also had many stories about her and her siblings. She loved to cook, sew and crochet. She was very talented. Many of us have beautiful keepsakes made by Jane.
Jane was the proud Mother of 8 children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Thus the nickname, “GG.”
Jane had a few professions, including laundry, housekeeper, and her most proud was Dietician at the local hospital.
Jane was 99 1/2 years old when she went to be with our Lord. She was living with her daughter in Phoenix at the time, and was surrounded by family.
Jane was preceded in death by husband, Fabian; parents, Manuel and Dolores Arroyo; sisters, Consuelo, Lena, Sally and Alberta; sons, Richard Martines and Fred Martines.
She is survived by daughters, Dolores Flores, Mary Konvalin(Tom), Margie Timmermann, Elizabeth Bentley(Robert), Carol Fierro, and son, Jesse Martinez;
many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; as well as great-great-grandchildren.
Jane touched many lives in her 99 years on this earth! She will be terribly missed.
Heaven has gained a beautiful Angel.
