Jay A. Willard
March 28, 1958 – October 17, 2021
Jay was born on March 28, 1958, in San Diego, California and passed away peacefully on October 17, 2021, in Omaha, Nebraska. Jay was a beloved son, brother, an amazing uncle, and a friend to all that met him. He is survived by his sisters, Janet Willard and Michelle Blanke (Tim); sister-in-law, Mary Fran Willard; nephews: John Willard, Thomas Blanke, Jay Oberembt, 
Chandler Oberembt; nieces: Michelle Willard, Elizabeth Kanger (Cody), Katie Willard; great-nephews: Andrew Grutel, Aiden Willard and Colton Kanger.
Jay was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Barbara Willard; brother, Jeff Willard; and sister, Dena Willard.
The family will receive friends Friday, October 22nd from 5pm to 7pm at West Center Chapel.
