Preceded by Parents, Francis Duane and Natalia Vasquez Parmentar.
Survived by sons: Walter Jr. and Jennifer Burr, Glenn Burr and his wife KT Sweet, William Burr and his wife Silvia Santillan; sister, Frances and Michael McKee; and sister-in-law, Marie Regina Seman.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at 7:00pm with visitation beginning at 6:00 pm, all at the West Center Chapel. Memorials are suggested to American Diabetes Foundation, and the American Cancer Society. You are encouraged to add any stories about Jean to your online condolences.

To my dear friends family, I was so sad to hear the news about my special friend Jean. I am so glad that I had the chance to get to know Jean, she was such a beautiful and sweet person, she was always helping people and was the most patient and loving person, always willing to help you out. Even after she retired she still would always call and check on me. I will truly miss hearing her voice, but I know she will be in a better place. I will be keeping the family in my prayer.
Jean and I became neighbors and good friends. We would talk on the phone and I’d come down and sit with her and talk about her grand babies. She wS so proud of them. Wed talk sometimes and just laugh over different stories we both experienced. What a wonderful lady and my friend. Love you dear friend.
