Born in Omaha, NE. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Mamie and Glenn Frisch.
She worked as the executive secretary for the Corps of Engineers.
Jean lived for her family, and her strengths and messages will be carried on by her surviving husband, Raymond; son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Cathy; granddaughters, Alex (Clint) and Alyssa; and great-grandsons, Mathias and Marek.
Not only will her teachings be carried out by her family, but also by the many people she has touched in the community and Church. She always saw the good in people and made a positive impact on the ones blessed enough to have known her. Rest in peace our forever guardian angel.

We Love You for always grandma!!!
Ray I am so very sorry to read about the passing of Jeannie. She was one of my very, very favorite people at the Corps and such a good friend. I remember her wearing everyday her high=heels to work. One of the few ladies that could wear them as long as she did. She was such a devoted employee at the Corps. My heart breaks. I know how proud she was of her granddaughters. She was one of the best.
You will be remembered by all that were lucky to have known you! You are and will be deeply missed. You and Raymond opened your hearts and home to us since we first met and I will always be grateful for that!!! You always treated me like part of the family and I loved every minute I got to spend with you. I will miss you dearly and it was a pleasure to know you. Love and miss you!!!
Jeannie was the first to welcome me to the Corps in 1987 and took me under her Angel wing ; she was a dear and treasured friend. I am blessed to have this Angel pass through my life! Peace,, Joy and Love, Betty & Joe Newhouse
