Jeanne M. Weaver
December 22, 1934 – September 13, 2023
Jeanne Marie Weaver was born December 22, 1934, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Lyle and Mary Evans. Jeanne passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home on September 13, 2023, with family present, at the age of 88 years old. She spent her final days expressing her love and gratitude to her children, 12 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. Jeanne remained fit and healthy to the end, swimming in the lake, playing pickleball, and walking.
Jeanne was a very spiritual woman who most loved her time with family. She stayed in close communication with each of them. She loved God’s gracious nature and was almost always outdoors. She and Al enjoyed their cabin at Lake Hansen, swimming, competitive sailboating, tennis, and travel. She loved to laugh, was always fun, and could be the happy source of mischievous pranks and jokes. Some of her last comments included wishes to her family that “she hoped they would all have as great a life as she did.” She frequently expressed how very grateful she was, stating she was, “Blessed in life,” and finally “While she desired many more years, she accepted God’s timing.”
Jeanne married Al Weaver at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in 1954, where they were very active and social. Jeanne and Al enjoyed 56 wonderful years of marriage.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Weaver; sibling, Sr. Corice Evans.
She is survived by five children: Teri (Jim) Kohl, Danny Weaver, Peggy (Tim) Parys, Mary (Bill) Peterman-Fleissner, and Kimmy (JD) Rabuck; siblings: Tom (Judy) Evans, Cathy Johnson, and Donnie Evans.

I will miss my dear friend. She was so in love with her family and was blessed by you all. She will love it if there are tennis courts in heaven! But most of all, she is relaxing in the embrace of her heavenly Father. God bless you all.
Teri, Danny, Peggy, Mary and Kimmy-
I have so many fond memories of your Mom growing up on 48th street. Her home was always open to all of us kids. May all your memories fill your hearts with healing peace. With sincere sympathy-

To the Family of Jeanne Weaver
I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I went to Ryan High School my freshman year with Mary and met Mrs. Weaver at that time. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers so that you may find peace and solace during this difficult time. May God Bless you all.
Love and Light,
