To all of the Hertzlers, my sympathy and love. I know you all will all miss Jerry in many different ways. So, too, will all of the people that he touched and taught these past many years. He was a great man of God, strong in his faith and his love for his family. He and Billy Graham are now side by side, sharing stories and praising God. Praying for peace for each of you.

Julie and the family – you are much in our thoughts and prayers these days. We feel so blessed and honored that Jerry came on the first Dundee Pres. Mission Trip in 2000. What a wonderful time that was. I have grown in love and appreciation for Jerry over the years. I always appreciated my conversations with him as they went deep and wide very quickly. Jerry challenged so many of us by his humble faith and the way he pushed himself and others to know the Lord more. Sitting in on a Bible study with him was like drinking from a refreshing spring – it quieted my spirit and mind to hear him teach from God’s Word. Today I thank the Lord for the Hertzler family and for all that Jerry gave to his family and to so many around the world. Truly the ministry in Albania and we as a family are blessed by Jerry’s life and faith.
