Preceded in death by father, John R. Blickenstaff; brothers, Joseph Blickenstaff and Richard Lesley Jr.

Survived by wife, Elaine; son, Jay; mother, Marelene Blickenstaff; brother, Gerald Lesley; sister, Sherry Gartner (Steve).

Vigil Service: Friday, November 4^th, 7PM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church (4804 Grover Street) with visitation starting at 5PM.

Mass of Christian Burial: Saturday, November 5^th, 10:30AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church.

Interment: Resurrection

Memorials may be directed to the family.
