Kathy – I am SO sorry to hear about the passing of your Father. What an extraordinary man he was! My dad was also in the Korean war (and still suffering back and feet issues – he turns 90 this year!) My love to you and your entire family. May wonderful memories ease the pain of your loss. Michele

John was a most kind hearted man. I had the pleasure of working with him at the Omaha World Herald. Was also luckily enough to see him and his wife Darlene at the OWH B-62’s luncheons for retires when he was able to attend. Rest In Peace. You had a full life. Prayers go out to Darlene and his family.
