John B. Cook

John B. Cook died on August 6, 2018 in Omaha, NE. Mr. Cook was born in Edgemont, South Dakota. He graduated from Alliance High School and attended Chadron State College. He was a long-term employee of the Social Security Administration, having moved to Fremont, NE to open and manage the Social Security Office.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Carol Martin Cook. He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Betty Sena Cook; one son, Bruce (Teena); one daughter, Linda; stepchildren: Mike, Rae Ellen, Steven, Ann, Jerry, and Tom; four loving grandchildren: Jason Cook (Beki), Tyler Cook (Raina), Kathryn Bickmore, and Olivia Bickmore. He was devoted to his four great-grandchildren and eleven step grandchildren.
FUNERAL MASS: Thursday, August 9th at 10am at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 11802 Pacific. In lieu of flowers, memorials are sugggested to St. Robert Bellarmine Church or CHI Hospice.
