John E. Carter
March 20, 1937 – January 24, 2021
He was dearly loved by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Watson and Elleen Carter; wife, Shirley Carter. He is survived by three children, Michael (Ellen) Carter, Kathy (Mike) Fox, Angie Bush; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. He retired from the US Air Force and enjoyed playing cards. He loved NE football and watching Wheel of Fortune.
FUNERAL will be a private service.
Any memorials should be directed to Eastern Nebraska Veterans Home.
