I will always remember Jack’s smile as he roamed the hall of Tranquility Road at Douglas County Health Center, May he finally rest in peace.

Dear Mary Anne and all your family: meeting Jack at Creighton 45 years ago was one of the true blessings of my life. He was really wonderful with us young students, and my appreciation for him only deepened over all these years. Thank you for sharing him with so many! I will remember him at Mass and keep all of you in my prayers.

Hello, Mary Anne and family,
I was so sad to hear of Jack’s passing and I am sure you are all grieving his loss in your lives. I worked with Jack for some years in the Dean’s office and he was a wonderful man. He truly cared for students and for others. He had a great sense of humor and I will always remember “high tea” on Fridays! He wanted us all to bond as colleagues and worked to make that happen. He shared his life and faith and encouraged others to do so as well. Jack did have a very meaningful life at Creighton and his contribution of giving to so many, many students (and staff!) is a beautiful legacy. I will pray for comfort, peace, and strength in the coming days. May good memories sustain you. I will pray for Jack but I know he is safely with Jesus now. God bless you and keep you,
Linda Dunn
