My heart goes out to Joyce and all the family. Dr Ferry was a great doctor and taught me so much. He encouraged me to return to school to advance my career when I worked for him. He could be tough when he wanted to be but underneath was a kind and generous man. My prayers are with you.

I worked many times with Dr. Ferry over the years since I came to Omaha; he was a great clinician and a strong mentor to more junior physicians. My prayers are lifting him and his family

Dr. Ferry was a great, knowledgeable doctor and upstanding individual who was passionate about his patients and taught me much as a colleague. We enjoyed many “CME” breakfasts in the doctor’s lounge at Bergan Mercy. Hugs and prayers for the Ferry family as they endure the loss of John.

Dear Joyce, Martin, Susan, Zane, Ty and families,
I am so sorry, this is such a great loss to all of you and to us also. Uncle John was a wonderful man, and a particularly amazing brother to Mom. She loved him dearly, and he was very good to her. I will remember his kindness to her and to us always. It was a very lovely Mass, and I was sorry not to be there in person with you all. My prayers and love are there. Laura Richardson Conner
