Forman, John J. Oct 14, 1917 – Apr 30, 2009 Lifetime member of VFW Post 2704, American Legion Post 331, FOE # 38 and a Naval retiree. John served aboard the USS Enterprise during all of its major Pacific battles of WWII. Survived by brother, Joseph and wife, Jean, Omaha; cousin, Joe Mateju, New Mexico; special friends, Don and Joan Bailey and their children of Omaha.
