HOESING, John J., M.Aug 20, 1941 – Dec 15, 2009; age 68 years. Preceded in death by parents, Herman and Mary Hoesing, sister, Lorrie Hawkins and infant twin sisters. Survived by wife, Pam; children: Dr. Keri Philpot (Scott) of Kearney, NE, Kristen O’Brien (Michael) of West Chester, OH, J. J. Hoesing and fiancée, Melanie Trowbridge of Seattle, WA; 7 grandchildren: Michael, Meghan, Conlan and Patrick O’Brien, and Katie, Gracie and Parker Philpot; sister, Rosemary Mackay of Plano, TX; brothers: Richard Hoesing (Jean) of Perry, IA, and Michael Hoesing (Debbie) of Papillion, NE; sister-in-law, Peggy Richardson (Larry) of Palm Harbor, FL, many nieces and nephews; wonderful friends and patients. VISITATION with the family Friday, Dec 18, 4:30pm–6:30pm at Christ the King Catholic Church. FUNERAL MASS Saturday, 11am, Christ the King Church with reception to follow. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Methodist Hospital Foundation, Creighton University Foundation, or University of Nebraska Medical Center Foundation.
