Survived by son Edward, daughter Shirley Morin and husband Tom; grandsons David Krajicek, Matthew Blair and wife Cheri, Patrick Blair and wife Renae; great-grandchildren Jessica Blair and Kassidy Blair. John was a retired Marine Gunnery Sgt, a member of St. Thomas More Knights of Columbus, South Omaha Eagles # 154, VFW Post 2704 and American Legion 331. Wake service Wednesday 7 PM Dworaks Vinton Street Chapel Services Thursday 10 AM Dworaks Chapel to St. Thomas More Church at 10:30 AM. Interment St Marys Cemetery. Visitation beginning Wednesday 5 PM with family receiving 6 to 8 PM at the chapel. Memorials suggested to Children Hospital or the family.
