Preceded in death by daughter, Karen Kurtz; granddaughter, Erin Burton. Survived by wife, Kathleen R. Kurtz; children: John Thomas Kurtz (Linda), Kristine Trader (Mike), Peggy Bicak (John), Steve Kurtz (Lisa), Matthew Kurtz (Sue), and Jenny Johnson; eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 24th from 2pm to 4pm at the West Center Chapel, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 4pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Monday, March 25th at 10am at Christ the King Catholic Church, 654 S. 86th St. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Nebraska Heart Association.
