Rest in peace Big Joe! Sending love and prayers to you and your great family! David Randall
I have so many memories of Joe that I couldn’t possibly mention all of them. I remember eating pheasant during hunting season; I remember the many trips to Mother Cabrini Shrine; I remember trips down the mountain from Central City; I remember him getting mad at my mom when she and Jan stayed out too late; and on and on and on. I feel very blessed to have grown up with the Vampola family. As an only child, it was always delightful being over at their house with all the chaos (and I mean that in a fun way). Joe will be missed. He may be tipping a beer with my mom about now. My prayers go out to Jan and the entire family. Love you all so much!! Wish I could be there with you, but my work schedule just won’t allow it.
My love and blessings to you, Janice and your wonderful family. My prayers for you all as you comfort each other, in God’s name.

Nate, we were so incredibly sad when Evan told us about your grandpa. I know he was so much more than just a grandparent and my heart breaks for you sweetie. I am grateful that you have Ashton and your many great friends and family to help you through this really tough time. We will continue to pray for you and your family.
