MEMORIAL SERVICE: Saturday, April 2^nd at 11am at Midlands Bible Baptist Church, 2407 Chandler Road E., Bellevue, NE 68005.

Joseph C. Wieczorek, age 85 years, 11 months, and 12 days, of Omaha, Nebraska, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at his home after a lengthy but courageous battle with cancer.

Joseph was born on February 21, 1936, in Omaha to Chester J. and Letha M. (Browne) Wieczorek. Joe graduated from Tech High School and the University of Omaha in Nebraska. He served in the military/Coast Guard for 9 years and worked for many years after in the printing industry as a Vice President of Production. His interests and hobbies included playing golf, woodworking, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Joe was a member of the Midlands Bible Baptist Church in Bellevue, Nebraska, for over 25 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester J. and Letha M. (Browne) Wieczorek; sister, Janet; son, Jeffrey; daughter, Nancy; and grandson, Drake.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Janice of Omaha; sister, Mary Anne (Jim) of Omaha; daughters Chantell (Scott) of Omaha, and Linda of New Jersey; granddaughter Aaren (Kody) of Omaha; great-grandchildren: Brielle, Serenity, and Karter; granddaughter Ashlee (Dahaun) of Omaha; great-grandson Jeremiah; granddaughter Eden of Omaha; granddaughter Brittney (Anthony) of Omaha; great-grandchildren, August and Riley; grandson Arlo (Barbara) of Cedar Rapids; great-granddaughter.

Uncle Joe/PaPa Joe was adored by his many nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
