SERVICES Wednesday, 11am, West Center Chapel. Interment, Hillcrest. In lieu of flowers, memorials to ALS Association (Keith Worthington Chapter). VISITATION from 3pm Tuesday, with family receiving friends 5pm-8pm at the West Center Chapel.
