My deepest condolences to the Grimes family. I had the pleasure of being hired at OPPD in 1997 during one of the major blizzards we had. I am so grateful that Joe gave me the opportunity to work with an amazing company and he was such an amazing manager. He made sure that we knew all the areas throughout OPPD district. He was one of a kind guy with his Cool Walk. Joe you will be missed by many. Rest In Peace My Friend/Boss

I have memories to last a lifetime of you Uncle Joe! I’m forever thankful God allowed you to live a long life full of love and happiness. No matter how far away you lived, you made sure to always come home and visit your family, a tradition I wish I would have done a better job at over the years. Nobody had more of an infectious smile as you and it will never be forgotten.
Rest well Uncle Joe and don’t let my Grandpa talk your ears off up there!
    Until we meet again
    Love,
    Nikki
