Survived by wife, Carmen Smith; son, Joseph J. Muskin (Susan Pollock); daughter, Susan LaCross (Steve); four grandchildren.
VISITATION: Friday, April 8th from 12noon to 2pm at the West Center Chapel.

To Joe’s wife and children – My condolences to all of you. I met Joe at the phone company as he was our group’s programmer. Very calm and knowledgeable man. We could have talked for hours on different topics because he was so interesting. I ran into him a few times at dances, and wow could he dance. He was good at everything he did. And finally, his love of flowers and his yard that was full of them. A good soul for sure and I am so sorry to see that he has passed.
I knew Joe many years ago when he was a contract programmer for the phone company. He was always a kind and gentle man. I also saw him several times at the Omaha Community Playhouse. I extend prayers and thoughts to Joe’s family.
