There are no goodbyes for us. Wherever you are, you will always be in my heart.

I didn’t know Joe very well, but he was a good neighbor. He loved being with Lu when she came over. They would walk to the store, play outside and she was happy. My condolences to his family and especially Lu.

I’m so sorry, Joe. Thank you for being my friend and standing up for me when you did. I’m glad to have known you and hope you at peace. I’ll miss your humor and wit. I will pray for your family and especially Luellen.

I’m so sorry to hear of your passing. You were taken too soon! We are left to wonder why and grieve your kiss. You left a hole in your place and we pray for comfort and peace as we struggle to move on. My thoughts and prayers go to Jeff and Julie but especially for Liellen as she struggles to move on. May you all find strength and wisdom and know I pray these things for you as well.

Joe, you were my first friend on Twitter. This hits so hard. We went through so much….. We watched the Nebraska game today in Ireland and thought about how much you hated it, they lost so bad. Lol. I love you buddy. Until next time.
