Joyce A. Kronberg

November 24, 1932 – June 15, 2018

Age 85 years.  Resident of Immanuel Lakeside Village Independent Living in Omaha, NE.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell in 2013; son, Hal in 1980; and brother, Wes Turtscher in 2014. She is survived by son, Dr. Kent Kronberg (Kim); daughter, Jann Glesmann (Richard); five grandchildren: Jennifer Haire (Chris), Erin Wever (Derek), Brian Kronberg (Stephanie), Ashley Wagner (Nathan), and Jordan Glesmann; five great-grandchildren: Ella Wever, Caden and Brianna Haire, Anna and Elijah Wagner; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

SERVICES: Saturday, June 23rd at 10am at Messiah Lutheran Church, 5015 So. 80th St. in Ralston.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to Lakeside Village Scholarship Fund; Visiting Nurse Association (VNA); or Messiah Lutheran Church.

    Dr. Kent, you were my pediatrician for my daughter. Also I was close friends with Hal. So sorry to hear of your mothers passing. She is with your father and Hal now and is at peace.     Jan, I so appreciate how wonderful your mother was to mine during her stay at Lakeside. She was a wonderful person and you were so lucky to have her.

    Thinking of the family and remembering Joyce. She was always fun and upbeat to be around. Enjoyed some lunches with “cousins” including Joyce before her cancer diagnosis. John 14:27

    So sad to hear of Joyce’s passing. She was always so kind to me. What a beautiful and kind woman. My heart goes out to all who loved her. May your wonderful memories provide comfort in your time of sadness.
