Preceded in death by uncle, Thomas Kiteley; loving lung donor. Survived by parents, Maureen and Jon Grace; sister, Eloise; brother, Calvin; grandparents: Mary and Tim Kiteley, Mary Grace; great-grandparents, Joanne Kiteley and Frances Veldhuizen; other relatives and many friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, Nov. 20th from 5pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel, 7805 W. Center Rd. SERVICES Tuesday, Nov. 21st at 11am, West Center Chapel. Private Interment, Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Lane Thomas Foundation or Children’s Hospital & Medical Center.

My heart is so heavy for you all. One never understands when a precious little one is taken way to soon. I will always remember Jude and his giggles and how eager he was to learn and walk. May the love of God surround you all.
My love and prayers are with you all. The giggles and pure joy he spread will continue on – like the butterfly effect. Thank you for sharing Jude and his story with all of us.
