I don’t know how to begin or where to start. I’m so sorry for all the hurt and pain that you are all going through right now. Your mom absolutely and genuinely was the epitome of what a beautiful person inside and out is. She reflected this beauty in EVERYTHING. She loved so big and so graciously! Just as the many, many others can relate—I was welcomed into your family because I’m beyond blessed that Gina is one of my very best friends—my forever and always friend. My BFFE! Your mom meant so much to me and I loved her so very much. Your Dad too. There was a night that they both shared some photos with me and I got to hear about their love story and it was so perfect. Their love story is truly perfect. I thank you all for sharing your family’s love with so many. That love picked me up more times than I can count and I am grateful beyond measure. Your mom’s love is forever and is reflected in your beautiful family! love you, Mama Schenkelberg! ❤️

The world has lost a treasure, creating a huge void in my life, and I know the void is being felt by anyone within the presence of Judy . She brought out the best in everyone with whom she had contact, just an incredible loss, she could just make you feel good about yourself, and knew what mentoring was all about……….she set the bar just a bit higher for most people to even dream about. An amazing woman and above. all, set a moral standard very difficult for most to achieve. She will be missed………absolutely missed,

To all of the Schenkelberg family: I want to express my deepest condolences to all of your family at this time. As you may or may not know, my mother Cathie Palensky passed away on her 88th birthday on April 22nd, 2021. When I saw that your dear had passed, I was heartbroken for all of you. There are no words that are fitting that I can think of to express my grief. The only thing I can say is that your mother (along with us) serve a loving, caring Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus the Christ (and the comforting thing to remember is that she is with your father Richard [Dick as we all called him]). God will see to it that you all are taken care of in only the ways that He can do. Much love, thoughts, and prayers are with all at this time. God bless all of you.

Prayers and love to all the Schenkelberg children. Your parents were truly extraordinary as you well know. Judy was a blessing, and I was so happy to have worked with her at the beginning of my nursing career. She only brought joy, care and empathy to others throughout her life. No one like her. 💗

Gina we are so sorry about the loss of your Mom. She had to be a wonderful & caring woman to have raised a daughter as great as you are. My deepest condolences to Lisa, Greg, Gina, family and friends. This is want I truly believe.. God reach out his hand and said this two wonderful people must be together 52 years ago. Dick and Judy were meant to be husband and wife forever. They both gave us so much joy and happiness to all that had the honor to know and love them. I really think God heard Dick and Judy’s loneliness for each other and reach out His hand once again and placed them together forever once again. I have requested a full mass for Dick and Judy from my church as well as the placement of their names in the church’s prayer book.
