My heart and prayers go out to Julie’s family. She taught our daughter from 3 yrs old till we moved to Kansas City when Jodi was in 7th grade. Always a joy for us! I think of Julie every time I hear the song “Landslide” as she danced a beautiful tribute to her mother at one of Jodi’s recitals. RIP Julie

Sincere sympathy. Our Daughter Emily Guck -McGuigan danced with Julie from age 3- through her senior year in high school. Emily learned dance, dedication and such confidence from her experiences with Ms Julie. God Bless your family with peace and comfort. Karen Stimbert Guck. (Mom of past dancer)

I took dance for 12 years, and at the time I didn’t fully realize how lucky I was to have Julie Dall in my life. She never made me feel awkward (even when I definitely was) or self-conscious. She helped us all to do our best and be ourselves. That’s a pretty important thing, and I’ll never forget it. Thanks, Miss Julie.

JJ and Jolene….I’m so VERY sorry to hear of Jullie’s passing…..she meant the world to so many people, especially the young girls and women who danced with her for so many, many years. Jeris, Shelbi and I are heartbroken for you, but have so many, many fond memories, that I believe if we began to share them, they may possibly never end. She made a difference in SO many lives that I believe it will be forever an infinity number. Our sincerest hope is that your memories will help you heal through the pain and know that you now have a beautiful angel taking care of you from above. With sincerest love, Doran Green-Pearce, Jeris (Jensen) McClure and Shelbi Jensen

I am so sorry for your family’s loss. It is my hope that Jehovah will remember Julie Dall so that she can live again on earth without any pain, sorrow, and tears as promised in the Bible.

Miss Julie, My childhood memories are dominated by the mirrored studio, practicing routines, the excitement that costume fitting day brought, the pride of the final bow—my childhood memories are dominated by you.

You taught me, and hundreds of girls, so much more than dance. You taught kindness, commitment, friendship and compassion. You taught us to practice and to persevere—and you have modeled that in your own life.

You passed along a deep love for dance and music. It’s been 14 years since I last danced with you, but to this day, a familiar song will come on, I’ll start the eight-count in my head and my body will go through the steps you taught us. Every time that happens, I think of you.

Thank you for being a loving and wonderful teacher. You created a fun, accepting and supportive studio that I am forever thankful for.

Miss Julie, I will forever keep you close to my heart. And I will forever dance.

    Your “Lovebug,”
    Alison Huebner

My condolences to Julie’s family. Julie was always a wonderful person and passionate about so much especially dance. Who else would have been able to talk a group of 30 something year olds to do a dance to the Star Wars theme in her dance recital. Since I heard about Julie, I have been with mixed emotions as I am so sad of her passing but filled with joy remembering the times in dance and aerobic classes, seeing her dance at a local restaurant, dance recitals and a trip to Des Moines for training. She touched so many in a positive way and will be missed. I will be thinking of you on Friday. God bless Julie and her family!

I have so many memories of dance; Julie left a lifelong impact on me and my friends and cousins that took her classes. I will love dancing as long as I live and I am so grateful for all she taught me.
