The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 8th from 11am to 1pm followed by CELEBRATION OF LIFE at 1pm, all at West Center Chapel.

Kaeli Furey, 25, of Omaha, Nebraska, went home to Jesus on Sunday, December 5th after a yearlong, courageous battle with brain cancer.

Kaeli was born March 28, 1996, to Jeff and Heather Obara.  She graduated from Millard South High School in 2014.  Kaelis’ three-year-old son, Landon, was the light of her life.  She will be remembered for her incredible strength, courage, and humor, in the face of extreme adversity.  Kaeli will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survived by husband, Josh; son, Landon; father, Jeff Obara; mother, Heather Obara; sister, Skylar Obara; bother, Tanner Obara; grandmother, Cheryl Selvy; many uncles, aunts and cousins.
