Preceded in death by grandson, Justin Gearhart. Survived by his wife, Joan; children, Ken Jr. and wife Rhonda, Bellevue; Randy and Phyllis Kroger, Pacific Junction, IA; Linda and husband J.R. Durbin, Louisville, NE; Susie and husband Scott Hexum, Humboldt, IL; 3 sisters, Katherine Watkins, Neligh, NE; Irene Taylor, Bellevue; Pear Buresh, Howells, NE; grandchildren, Jana Dalton and husband Matt, Shawn Durbin; Jake Gearhart, Josh Gearhart; great grandsons, Trevor and Kyle Dalton. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Thursday, January 12, 11 am at First Presbyterian Church, 1220 Bellevue Blvd. So, Bellevue, with family receiving friends one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to LaPlatte Cemetery.
